Man Banned From South End
After Alleged Gay Bashing
A 28-year-old Framingham man was ordered yesterday to stay out of the South End after he was accused of attacking a group of people there in an alleged anti-gay hate crime.
Boston Municipal Court Judge Eleanor Sinnott also gave Fabio Brandao a 10 p.m. curfew while he remains free on $10,000 bail, pending an Oct. 10 pretrial conference.
Brandao was arrested Friday on four civil rights violations, four counts of assault and battery and three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
